All orders are shipped with a tracking number and confirmed via email or sms.
All orders are fulfilled from Sydney Australia.

 

Delivery to AU & NZ: 4-6 business days
Delivery to the US: 5-12 business days
Delivery to EU: 7-14 business days
Delivery to Latin America: 14-21 business days

Rest of the world: up to 4 weeks

We'll process all orders within 24 hours and you'll receive a tracking number to your Email or by SMS

 

RETURNS 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange excluding warranty claims.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at scott@strykerecovery.com.au

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

WARRANTY

Stryke Recovery  products are manufactured with high-quality industrial parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers:

Stryke Stealth device,  charger & battery - 1 year  
Stryke Stealth attachments - 30 days

Stryke PRO device, charger & battery - 1 year  
Stryke PRO attachments - 30 days

Stryke Mini device, charger & battery - 1 year
Stryke Mini attachments - 30 days

 

To have the Stryke Recovery device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to Stryke Recovery. This warranty does not apply to damage that Stryke Recovery determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Stryke Recovery authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. Stryke Recovery does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer to obligate Stryke Recovery in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids including but not limited to water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the Stryke Recovery repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Stryke Recovery.

This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Stryke Recovery shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, Stryke Recovery reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Stryke Recovery.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is effective for all Stryke Recovery products purchased through a Stryke Recovery website within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.
